Send a deletion request

1. Email infineers@gmail.com with the subject “Snow Pe Flow data deletion request”.
2. Tell us whether your request concerns the Android app, the browser game, or both, and describe the data you want deleted.
3. Do not send a password, payment credential, advertising ID, or a child's date of birth. We may ask for limited information needed to locate a record and verify the request.

We will confirm receipt and respond according to applicable law.

Data you can remove immediately

Scores, settings and preferences are stored locally. On Android, clear Snow Pe Flow's app storage or uninstall the app. In the browser, clear this site's storage. The game does not send this local game data to Infineers, so we cannot remove it remotely.

The date of birth entered on Android is used only on the device to calculate an age band. The game does not store or send the date itself. You can also use the in-app privacy options where shown and reset or delete the Android advertising ID in device settings.

What we delete or keep

We will delete personal information controlled by Infineers that we can identify from a valid request, including support correspondence that is no longer needed. We normally delete or anonymize request-verification and support records within 30 days after the request is completed.

We may retain a minimal record of the request when required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes, for only as long as that purpose requires. Google Play, Google advertising services, hosting providers and other service providers may keep operational, security or advertising records under their own policies. A request to Infineers does not delete data independently controlled by those providers.
